The Rabmer Group has stood for quality and top performance for more than 55 years. We owe this high level primarily to our highly trained and experienced employees. We are proud of the excellent working atmosphere, the low fluctuation and the many years of service with the company. Many of our employees have been with us for more than 10, 20, 30 or 40 years – some even have their children or grandchildren with us.

In this way, we encourage and support our employees to take advantage of ongoing training and further education. Here we also bear the course costs. A healthy working environment and occupational safety are particularly important to us. Of course, we also encourage our older employees.

About the Rabmer Group

The Rabmer Group is an Upper Austrian family business in its 2nd generation – founded in 1963 by Josef & Maria Rabmer and managed since 2002 by their daughter Ulrike Rabmer-Koller. We look back on a long history, stand on a solid foundation and continue to develop consistently. In this way, we combine tradition with ongoing innovation, regional roots with international success.

Our fields of activity include: Environmental technology, structural and civil engineering, renovation of old buildings, timber construction & carpentry, painting & floor coatings, real estate, earthmoving & transport and municipal services.
