The protection and security of your personal data is important to us. This website stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the Austrian and European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail or via non-encrypted websites) can exhibit security gaps. A complete data protection against third parties is not possible.

If you place an order via our website, your transmitted or entered data will be checked manually or automatically for validity and up-to-dateness with the existing database and, if necessary, adjusted to correct the data stored by us. For this purpose it may be necessary for our employees to contact you. This is done by e-mail or telephone. The data entered by you will only be used for processing your inquiry, order or registration. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

The data will be deleted as soon as the respective contract has been fulfilled and there is no longer any legal obligation to store the data or the legal deadline for deletion has expired.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via our contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

Inventory data

Without your explicit consent or without legal basis, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the contract. After expiry of the statutory periods, the data will be deleted unless you have expressed your attunement to their further use.

Your personal data, as far as it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the execution of the contract. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the supplier of the goods for the delivery of those.

Credit check

As far as we step into advance payment, e.g. with payment on account, we may obtain a credit rating information about you.

For this purpose we will forward your personal data (e.g. name and address) to this specific company. On the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, we check how high the risk of non-payment is. We make the conclusion of the purchase contract dependent on the result of the credit check.

Requests

Data from enquiries via the contact form will be processed confidentially and only for the purpose of the enquiry. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b DS-GVO. The same shall apply to such processing operations which are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries regarding our products or services.

SSL encryption
