Girls' Day at Rabmer
There was a lot going on at Rabmer on April 25: four girls had the opportunity to spend a day getting a taste of technology at our company as part of Girls' Day and get actively involved!
The morning was all about construction. The girls were given a comprehensive overview of the entire process of a construction project - from planning to implementation on the construction site. But it didn't stop at theory: under the guidance of our professionals, they were allowed to get hands-on. The highlight was driving the crane - an exciting moment that showed them how varied the construction profession is.
The afternoon continued with exciting insights into our sustainable environmental technology. During a live water analysis, the limescale content was examined and at the end each of them received a water-saving test kit to take home with them, which they can use to test their individual water consumption during their daily shower at home. An exciting self-experiment for the whole family.
We are delighted that we were able to give the girls an insight into technology at Girls' Day - perhaps it was the first step towards an exciting career in the construction or environmental sector!
