Rabmer Group - A company with social responsibility!
As a family business based in Altenberg near Linz, we combine 50 years of corporate tradition with innovation, regional roots and international success. Rabmer is a family business, not only because it is run by a family, but above all because a very “family togetherness” prevails in the company.
Since the Rabmer Bau Group is also known as a strong local partner, it is also natural for us to consolidate the local commitment with the residents and local networks since the beginning and, of course, continue to expand in the future. So we always support regional associations and initiatives.
The company’s commitment to our employees has been an integral part since the company was founded. The above-average length of service of our team speaks for the good climate in our company. Many of our employees have been with us for more than 10, 20, 30 or 40 years – some of them even have children or grandchildren with us.
We are constantly training new apprentices in different professions. Several of our executives started as apprentices. That is why we attach particular importance to apprenticeship training and ongoing training of our employees. This is how we encourage and support our employees to take advantage of ongoing training and further education. Here we also bear the course costs. A healthy working environment and occupational safety are of special concern to us. Of course, we also encourage our older employees.
Essential for us is also an optimal compatibility of family and work. We offer part-time work, flexible working time models and home workplaces. The paternity leave is also a matter of course with us and has already been used by some employees.
In order to maintain a certain quality standard, the company is certified annually in accordance with ISO 9001. Other activities and projects are, for example, the Girls Day – in which girls interested in the year have the chance to smell the technical air, or the Mama Papa Day, as well as the family celebration – in which the doors of our employees’ children are opened to promote family-friendliness in the company.
