CEO Ulrike Rabmer-Koller is also convinced of this: "We have been known for top quality and top performance for over 55 years. We owe this high standard first and foremost to our well-trained and committed employees."
Once again this year, all those celebrating anniversaries were brought before the curtain as part of a company celebration. Rabmer-Koller, together with the company founders Maria and Josef Rabmer, expressed their thanks and appreciation to those celebrating anniversaries for their many years of service and loyalty to the company. These included: Markus Katzmayr, Ciprian Luchian (10 years), Michaela Schürz (15 years), Josef Mayr (25 years) and Johann Haneder (30 years).
"At the Rabmer Group, we place great value on trusting cooperation and team spirit. In addition, we try to support our employees as much as possible, which is probably why we have a very low fluctuation rate. I am particularly proud of the good working atmosphere and the fact that some employees have been with the company for several generations," says a delighted Ulrike Rabmer-Koller.
