Rabmer Group honours long-term employees

Know-how and experience as important key factors to our success.

Our employees are our most important capital and make our successful Rabmer Group to what it is today. Ulrike Rabmer-Koller, head of the company, is also convinced of their importance: “We have been known for best quality and top performance for over 55 years. We owe this high level primarily to our well-trained and committed employees”.

During a company celebration, our long-serving employees were once again brought in front of the curtain. Rabmer-Koller, together with the company founders Maria and Josef Rabmer, expressed their recognition and appreciation for their many years of hard work and loyalty to the company. These included: Markus Katzmayr, Ciprian Luchian (10 years), Michaela Schürz (15 years), Josef Mayr (25 years) and Johann Haneder (30 years).

“In the Rabmer Group we attach great importance to a trusting cooperation and team spirit. In addition, we try to promote our employees as much as we can and have a very low fluctuation. I am particularly proud of the good working atmosphere and the fact that some employees have been in the company for several generations”, states Ulrike Rabmer-Koller happily.
