Water treatment systems - manufactured to customer specifications

This patented technology uses physical forces in the form of cavitation and negative pressure to destroy bacteria and germs efficiently and without the use of chemicals. This also changes the molecular structure of the water and reduces the surface tension. This process is therefore ideal for cleaning and disinfecting process and cooling water systems in industrial and commercial operations with water volumes of up to 51 m3/h. The MHP process also complies with the strict VDI 2047-2 guideline for the hygienic operation of evaporative cooling systems.

The ^OPTIFIL® automatic backwash filter works according to the principle of surface, depth or cake filtration and mechanically filters out particles and turbidity from liquid media. Depending on the application, stainless steel fabric or fleece is used as the filter material, which retains the particles on the surface. If a certain degree of occupancy of the filter surface is reached, the automatic backwashing process starts with a small amount of the filtered medium. The special backwashing device cleans the filter material without interrupting the filtration process.
