Replacement is time-consuming and cost-intensive, and rehabilitation using conventional methods is often inadequate in terms of quality. Vertiliner® - Highest material quality for all requirements

The Vertiliner® consists of ECR glass fiber sheets in various qualities and layers, which are impregnated with a light-curing polyester resin or vinyl ester resin. The outside of the Vertiliner® is covered with a UV-tight and water-repellent sealing film, while the inside of the product is equipped with a translucent composite film that is removed after installation.

Vertiliner® - versatile in use

The system is used for standard manholes, angular manholes and manholes that change their cross-sectional shape up to a diameter of DN 1500 mm.

The Vertiliner® can be produced in different wall thicknesses and with a high resistance to chemicals and temperature, making it ideal for industrial applications. Blind manholes can also be renovated with the Vertiliner®.

Only short interruption to operation due to rapid installation

The Vertiliner® is produced exactly to specification for each manhole in the factory, impregnated and delivered to the construction site ready for installation. After insertion into the manhole, it is cured using UV equipment. The entire installation process through to the finished, ready-to-use manhole takes just a few hours.

Dewatering in the main channel is not necessary. Only the inlets in the shaft wall need to be blocked off for a short time.

The renovation of the channel and berm is carried out manually with prefabricated manhole bases or hand laminates as required.

Building & tank renovation

The refurbishment of structures and containers is an important element of our service portfolio. Depending on the type of damage, we offer a wide range of repair methods, such as packer methods, coating or lining with panels.

In the Sure Grip® process, high-quality plastic sheets (PE, PP) are laid in concrete or placed using formwork and filled with concrete.

Another method is lining using prefabricated GRP laminate panels. This allows us to create perfect surfaces with excellent chemical resistance and complete impermeability.
