Energy from waste water and exhaust air

E+E Electronics

The use of this highly efficient technology resulted in a reduction in total energy consumption of around 40%. This corresponds to a total saving of around 1.4 million kWh per year, which is equivalent to the electricity consumption of around 540 households in Austria.

Tulln Town Hall

Since 2024, the town hall in Tulln has been supplied with around 100 kW cooling capacity and
75 kW heating capacity of wastewater energy. For this purpose
88 m of Therm-Liner modules were laid in the sewer bed.

Vio Plaza Vienna Meidling

Since 2024, the ultra-modern district in Vienna Meidling has been supplied with around 6 MW of cooling capacity and
1.2 MW heating capacity of wastewater energy (based on Thermliner from Uhrig).

Vienna Canal Blumental

The newly built Wien Kanal control center heats (161 kW) and cools (530 kW) with energy from wastewater via heat exchangers and heat pumps. Realization 2021.

Joh. Kepler University Hospital Linz

Use of canteen waste water heat for fresh water preheating
50 kW - Plate heat exchanger with integrated self-cleaning system

Public utilities GAV, Amstetten

Heating (186 kW) of the Stadtwerke Amstetten company buildings with wastewater energy based on Thermliner (Uhrig). Realization in 2014.
