Sebastian Kurz visits the Rabmer Group
We have already trained over 80 apprentices at Rabmer under the motto Career with apprenticeship, many of whom now hold management positions. The importance we attach to future-oriented and well-founded training was demonstrated once again this week in a discussion with former Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz in front of many guests.
Former Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz visited our company this week at the invitation of our CEO Rabmer-Koller. We took the opportunity not only to present our company and our areas of activity, but also to discuss our "heart topic" of apprenticeship training with him and apprentices as well as training companies from the surrounding area. We were overwhelmed by the great response from the guests, who wanted to take the opportunity to get to know Sebastian Kurz personally.
Apprentice training is also a key success factor for our company - after all, we have already trained more than 80 apprentices. In this way, we are able to train the next generation of skilled workers and at the same time offer committed young people from the surrounding area a secure job in a family business, good development opportunities and excellent prospects for the future. The slogan "CAREER WITH APPRENTICESHIP" is actively practiced by us, as many of the Rabmer managers started as apprentices in the company.
Sebastian Kurz took a lot of time to respond to all questions and suggestions and also emphasized the enormous importance of apprenticeship training for Austria and its international recognition. Many countries envy us for this successful concept for training skilled workers.
We were very pleased about the visit of former Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and the associated appreciation for the Rabmer team.
